Beauty Bible Weekend Steal: Palette Holographic Top Coat

A little bit of shimmer. A little bit of glimmer. Think we need to light up our lives any way we can, at the moment – and this is a very cheering way to do so.

Palette London Holographic Top Coat is from a new-to-us nail brand which claims 70% plant-based, including their ‘Super 3’ nail strengtheners, the amino acid arginine, vitamin E and tea tree oil. They avoid, meanwhile, 21 potentially harmful ingredients.

Palette London offer some really eye-popping shades in the range (including neons), as well as a great span of classic shades – do check out the whole spectrum here –but this holographic top coat is is fun and pretty and quite the cheerer-upper. You can wear it over a clear base, or layer over another polish. (Works better with nudes and pastels, we are finding.) As you move your hands, there are little fairy-wing flashes; just add two coats for a more intense effect.
