Competition Information: We ask for basic information from you to manage your entry to our competitions. For example, we require individuals who sign up to a competition to provide a name and email address–and that’s it. Beauty Questions: Any information you supply to us as part of a Beauty Question is treated with complete confidence. On receipt of the question we separate and delete your personal data unless you have agreed to be on our marketing email list. We do not retain any method of reassociating your personal data with the question you asked.
Public Profile Information: If you have an account with us, we collect the information that you provide for your public profile when for instance, you may leave a review or participate in a forum discussion. For example, your username is part of that public profile, along with any other information you put into your public profile. Your public profile is just that–public–so please keep that in mind when deciding what information you would like to include.
Transaction and Billing Information: If you buy something from us–a a book for example–you will provide additional personal and payment information that is required to process the transaction and your payment, such as your name, credit card information, and contact information.
Third Party Transaction Service: We use third-party payment processing services. We do not see your credit card number, expiry date and verification code. When you enter this information on our websites to complete a transaction this information is transmitted securely to our provider. When verified as accurate they inform us to enable us to complete the transaction.
Content Information: Depending on the Services you use, you may also provide us with information about you. This information is not made available publicly.
Communications with Us: You may also provide us information when you respond to surveys, communicate with our staff about a support question, or post a question about yourself in our public forums.
