Beauty Bible Weekend Steal: Boots Everyday range
There is an air of uncertainty, right now. Nobody knows what their energy bills are going to be – though we can all be certain that they’re not going to be LOWER than before. So, there’s also a mood of caution. We’re not madly splurging – and we’re looking for value, everywhere. (No bad thing at any time, actually.)
Boots’s response has been to introduce Everyday Essentials, an incredibly comprehensive range of very affordable skincare, bodycare and haircare, as well as period products and dental care. Prices start at 50p (yes, really), nothing’s over £1.50, and while we wouldn’t say there’s a massive pamper factor, these are good, functional products that (as you’d expect from the high street chemist chain) actually WORK.
The design is very simple – so simple, it’s verging on the chic, actually! – which makes it easy to spot the products on shelf.
They’re being rolled out to over 1,000 Boots stores, as well as being available online here. (We were interested to know that Boots actually has over 1,000 products priced at £2 or less, in the line-up.)
Splash out for Christmas, for birthdays, maybe – but good to know there are genuine ‘steal-status’ alternatives out there, isn’t it?
