Your invitation to meet Cath Kidston, in conversation with Jo Fairley

Date for your diary: 8th June at 11 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.

Location: Water Lane, near Hawkhurst in Kent (full address below) - one of our favourite places to visit: a walled garden and greenhouses, which house a fabulous restaurant, shop and all manner of general garden-y gorgeousness.

It’s a scented celebration of Cath’s new range, C.Atherley, which we chose as our Fab Find of the Week a couple of weeks back, here. The range is based around scented pelargoniums (more commonly, if not always accurately, known as scented geraniums) and fragrance generally, for which Jo and Cath share a passion.

They’ll be talking about the creation of this range (in partnership with lovely Heathcote & Ivory), about gardening, about Cath’s business journey and life (no doubt sharing some insights for budding entrepreneurs, since Jo’s had her own entrepreneurial journey with Green & Black’s, Judges Bakery, The Wellington Centre, The Perfume Society and of course, The Beauty Bible and this website).

There are two ticket options: £25 for the talk only, with light refreshments on arrival – or for £55 you can book to include a light lunch and a drink in the Water Lane restaurant, post-talk: two courses and either a glass of wine or a home-made cordial. (FYI, Water Lane is one of Jo’s favourite places to eat in the whole of the UK.)

Look forward to seeing you there!
