Floral Street fragrances are blooming on South Molton Street – but better be quick!

All photos:

We were sad when Floral Street closed their flagship store in Covent Garden after five years – but this all-British fragrance brand promised us they’d be popping up elsewhere. And so they have – on London’s South Molton Street, with a lovely boutique that’s open till close of play on Monday 3rd July 2023.

The fragrant philosophy of this all-British brand is to put flowers at the heart of every single one of their creations. These always have a very contemporary feel – ‘bunches, not bouquets’ – as they put it. And there’s literally a fragrance for everyone. (Jo’s favourite? Chypre Sublime, below, which would definitely go to a desert island with her – a truly stunning blend of Damask rose, violet, patchouli and geranium, and a quintessential example of the sophisticated Chypre fragrance family – which isn’t nearly as well-understood or loved as it should be, we think.)

In quite the scented coup, Floral Street have partnered with the Van Gogh Museum in Holland to create fragrances that evoke the famous Impressionist’s works. So the pop-up showcases Sweet Almond Blossom, the latest in Floral Street’s line-up, created in response to the fans of the original home fragrance products with that scent, who wanted to be able to spritz its soft, pillowy floral gorgeousness on their skin. (All the home fragrance offerings are on sale in the store.)

You can also enjoy a ‘Scent School’ experience, with their truly expert team helping you to explore your sense of smell, via Floral Street’s range.

Or simply dip, dab and spritz to your heart’s content – because it’s all just blooming lovely. (In every sense.)

Find the Floral Street Pop-up at 42 South Molton Street, London W1K 5RR – a very short stroll from Bond Street tube
