Trilogy Vitamin C+ Booster – the ‘glow’ one. For complexions looking a little lacklustre after summer, this is the high-octane radiance option: a freshly activated 15% L-ascorbic acid vitamin C treatment, with vitamin E and ferulic acid for antioxidant support. Rosehip oil and hyaluronic acid help balance any dryness that you might normally expect from a strong treatment like this. Of the three, it’s best for dullness, pigmentation and uneven tone; Trilogy suggests avoiding it on sensitive skin – but TBH, Jo hasn’t had a problem, and she’s usually a bit touchy. Trilogy Pro-Collagen Booster– the firming one. A targeted treatment for skin that has begun to feel like its bounce-back factor is dwindling. In this booster, freshly activated 6% vitamin C is paired with collagen amino acids, a rose bio-active and a retinol-like peptide, all aimed at supporting the look of elasticity, firmness and bounce. It is intended for all skin types, especially mature complexions – a great seasonal pick for autumn, when fine lines and post-holiday dehydration can appear more noticeable.
Trilogy Polyglutamic+ Booster – the plumping one. This feels instantly comforting on skin, pairing a fairly gentle gentle 2% freshly activated vitamin C with polyglutamic acid and multi-weight hyaluronic acid (our old friend, again). Aloe vera and prebiotic microalgae have been added for a calming, barrier-supportive action – the one to reach for when skin feels tight, thirsty or sensitised or prone to redness.
