One of our prejudices against lipliner – which unquestionably helps prevent lipstick 'bleed' – is that it's just such a faff. When you're repairing your lipstick, that means two products to rootle around in your bag for. Two products to carry with you. No wonder most of us don't bother to reapply, after using a lipliner first thing.

But this is a super-clever alternative which will encourage you to use lipliner more often, for a gorgeous 'finished' lip look. One end is a creamy, dreamy, moisturising lipstick (in a choice of six shades). And at the other tip is a slightly deeper, utterly complementary tone of lipliner, in a spectrum of shades from nude to deep berry shades.

The lipliners are our favourite type – twist-up, rather than requiring sharpening. (Because it's way too easy to let them wear to a stub, and scratch the fragile lip skin.) And at the other end is a swivel-up lipstick.
