Beauty Bible Loves… Nancy Meiland Lupin Meadow Hand Wash

London grubbiness. Onion aromas. Dirt under the fingernails, because yet again we forgot to put our gardening gloves on. Hand-washing is a favourite ritual at Beauty Bible (we can manage it now without singing two verses of ‘Happy Birthday’), but one we’re always looking to pimp.

This is the perfect product to do just that, from British (actually, Sussex-based) perfumer Nancy Meiland, whose beautiful boutique Jo featured in her Jo’s Scent Notes: A Brighton ‘Sniffari’, here.)

Lupin Meadow is an exquisite scent – floral, airy, summery (helpful for clinging on to that!), mossy, a touch camphoraceous and aromatic (which makes for an aptly ‘clean’ experience), whispering of mandarin, bergamot, lavender, rosemary and resinous woods, and captured here in Lupin Meadow Hand Wash (above right, pictured with other treats from Nancy’s range).

So gentle on hands. SUCH a gorgeous fragrance. It only remains to say: bring on the matching hand cream, Nancy, please!
