Beauty Bible Loves... Guerlain Summer 2024 make-up newness

We’ll admit it: our hearts always beat a little faster when we get our hands on Guerlain’s Summer offering. We have a long and deep affection for the brand’s summer collections that goes back to a certain famed (alas long discontinued) leg tint, which was pretty much the only product of its kind. And it should not be forgotten: they basically INVENTED bronzers, with the Terracotta range.
This year’s offering doesn’t disappoint: Terracotta Superbloom is a truly beautiful compact opening to reveal a shimmering bee inset into the bronzing powder. Swirl it together for an all-over, gleaming glow – or touch a finger to the wings or the body of the bee, for a copper highlight or a pretty, glimmering pink flush to the cheeks. Notably, it’s created from 96% ingredients – a direction the brand has been moving in across skincare, make-up and fragrances, too.
But our lips are loving another of Summer 2024’s introductions: KissKiss Bee Glow Oil – because we do love a lip oil, and the gloss from these is more lasting than most, plumping and nourishing with a really luscious formula. Here, we’re looking at 92% naturally-derived ingredients. Apply generously from the chubby doe-foot applicator for comfort, a hint of colour and a glassy shine. (We’re loving both 309 Honey Glow – above left – and 775 Poppy Glow, right – they go on sheer, for a gorgeous wash of colour.)
Now we KNOW summer’s on its way!
