Beauty Bible Loves... Fear Less by Trinny Woodall
Regular readers will know that we are fully signed-up members of the Trinny Woodall Fan Club (albeit not an ACTUAL thing, but it should be). So, last week, we were thrilled to be present to see Trinny launch her book, Fear Less, at Langan’s Brasserie.
This is a manual that every woman – especially those of us ‘of a certain age’ – needs on the bookshelf. It goes beyond make-up, hair, skincare and fashion advice to cover imposter syndrome, money savvy, supplements (as advised by her friend and ours, Shabir Daya at Victoria Health), how to feel more inspired, tackle your sugar addiction… Plus – yes – what to wear and what not to wear. Basically, everything Trinny’s learned in her 59 years on the planet, and which she knows quite simply works.
Easy to read, packed with useful stuff – and when we read it, we can hear Trinny’s voice in every sentence – those ‘Head Prefect’ tones, so authoritative, sharing woman-to-woman wisdom.
That’s several names on the Christmas list ticked, for us. And it’s only September.
