Get your glow on with superfacialist Abigail James's fab podcast

We are obsessed with podcasts, at Beauty Bible Towers. We listen to them while walking, cooking, gardening… So much to learn – and the best ones really inspire us to think about Life In General.

So we’re so pleased that one of our favourite beauty gurus, superfacialist Abigail James (also: one of the nicest people in the beauty business!) has launched her podcast, Knowing Me, Glowing You.

It’s been running for a month, now, and we just caught up with the interviews; the series kicks off with the wonderful Melissa Hemsley, then yoga teacher Julie Montagu (who just happens to be a marchioness), and most recently, an excellent episode on eating disorders and how we can all feel better about our bodies, with Alex Light. Abigail has a down-to-earth and friendly style, and with such a stellar client list at her fingertips, we’re looking forward to some more really great content. She talks about life, food, wellness – and of course, beauty…

It’s such a good title for a podcast from a woman known for helping women ‘get their glow on’ (it also references the title of Abigail’s book, The Glow Plan: Face Massage for Happy, Healthy Skin in 4 Weeks). And we love the story of how it came about. Abigail’s mother died a while ago, but was a life-long Abba fan. In a dream Abigail was having, her mum suggested the title ‘Knowing Me, Glowing You’ – and really, couldn’t be anything else, after that?

We’ve subscribed, and look forward to listening each week.
