Beauty Bible Weekend Steal: Sanctuary Spa Ruby Oud collection

We’ve always loved the Sanctuary Spa signature scent: warm, cocooning, a little bit sweet and ambery. So do you: Beauty Bible testers have declared several of the products to be Beauty Bible Award-winners, over the years.1

But it is definitely BIG NEWS that they have just unveiled a new range with a whole new and really rather marvellous fragrance: floral notes (including orange blossom and rose), softened by exotic white amber, oudh, cedarwood and patchouli, with juicy notes of peach, and raspberry in there – clearly composed by a master perfumer, albeit not credited for this launch.

Other notable facts: the range has a very high percentage of natural ingredients, while bottles and jars have a 40% PCR (recycled) content.

There are four products (and more to follow, no doubt, if this becomes the success we’ve a hunch it will be)…

Ultra Rich Shower Burst/£7.50 for 200ml. A creamy, foaming body cleanser with a lush texture, powered by nourishing oils of sweet almond and gold of pleasure oil.

Ultra Rich Shower Oil/£8.50 for 250ml. We love shower oils for the way they eliminate the need for additional moisture. A honey-like texture that gently lathers when you add water, it’s also perfect for leg-shaving.

Coffee Scrub/£12 for 300ml. Slough away that fading fake tan or prep skin for lashings of moisture with a buffing blend of coffee grains and cranberry seed. 95% naturally-derived ingredients.

Melting Pearls Body Butter/£15 for 300ml. Have to say this is our favourite in the collection, truly luscious, those ‘pearls’ of shea butter and argan oil bursting when massaged into skin and apparently leaving it moisturised for up to seven days (we’re two days in, too soon to tell!) 92% naturally-derived, this one.

So, a couple of the products are under a tenner, a couple are a shade over – but still excellent enough value to be declared our Beauty Steal, this week.

Have a perfectly perfumed weekend, everyone.
