It’s jolly hard trying foundation at the moment. No, wait: impossible. So here’s an excellent new one, just launched, which is so reasonably priced that you could do what we did and buy a couple of potential shades to find your match, without completely breaking the bank.
With one of the longest product names we’ve encountered in a while, Maybelline Superstay (let’s just call it that), it is also one of the longest-lasting foundations we’ve EVER encountered – never mind in a while.
We rather hope you won’t have it on your face for a full 30 hours, the promised endurance time. We can attest that it stays put incredibly well, really only coming off when you cleanse at night, offering serious, budge-proof coverage right up till that point.
What we would say is: while we generally use a foundation brush for application, this is better applied with fingers, or the coverage really is very full indeed. But a dot here and there, blended with a finger, is pretty much all that we’ve been needing. Easy-peasy.
