Beauty Bible Weekend Steal: William Morris At Home Forest Bathing
Oh, we’re definitely up for some forest bathing. Or shinrin-uoku, if you prefer: the Japanese practice of spending time in woodlands, breathing the fresh air, winding down to a state of relaxation, to help relax and de-stress. It’s about tuning into your senses in a conscious way. (And meanwhile, studies have shown that mood and health – and even heart rate and immunity – can be improved by forest bathing.)
Can’t get to a forest…? We have a Plan B for you.
