This lovely care package comes from a brand we’ve enjoyed since it launched, and which has won several Beauty Bible Awards for its gorgeous and effective aromatherapy products.

The CALM Stress Less Set /£30, was introduced to us as ‘a little box of nighttime bliss’ and so it is! A perfect gift for girlfriends – and you! (You know the mantra: because you’re worth it… We all are!)

The products are infused with Kiss The Moon’s own CALM essential oils blend of jasmine and sandalwood, ylang ylang and chamomile - designed to help you breathe out the stresses and niggles and worries and inhale a sense (scents…) of harmony.

The box contains:

CALM Bedtime Bath Salts /£5 for 50g; natural mineral salts infused with essential oils to ease aching muscles and rebalance your body and soul after dark.

CALM After Dark Face Oil /£12 for 5ml; infused with deeply relaxing oils to soothe and rebalance your stress levels and your skin. This 100% natural blend is rich in antioxidant rosehip seed, wheatgerm and white tea seed oils.

CALM Sleep Balm /£16 for 12ml; stroke this aromatherapy balm on your pulse points to help quieten an overactive mind and help you drift peacefully off to sleep.

We also love the little note with tips to help quieten your mind at bedtime including writing your To Do list for tomorrow then pushing it out of your mind so you don’t need to fret about it through the night. Really important that one, we’ve found.
