OSKIA x Temperley London Love Massage Candle

Oh, this is a lovely, heart-warming (also: skin-warming) #collab that we just HAD to share. 

Fashion designer Alice Temperley has teamed up with the wonderful people at OSKIA to create a massage candle inspired by both Alice’s 2021 bridal collection and the much-loved OSKIA Rose de Mai Skin Smoothing Candle, which smells quite simply like heaven, to us, with its notes of rose, amaryis and woody undertones, including guaiac wood, cedar wood and sandalwood. Outside, it’s splashed with romantic roses that echo the fragrance of the candle itself.

Enhancing the feel-good factor further is the fact that 10% of the RRP will be donated to the fab charity Women for Women International, if you buy either from OSKIA’s own site, or from Temperley London. 

If you’re still scared by massage candles, don’t be. The technology is very clever, in that provided you blow the candle out before pouring, the wax never burns the skin (unlike wax from a normal candle), instead morphing into wonderful skin-softening massage oil featuring lashings of coconut and soya oils, along with beeswax, Whether you’re smoothing it into your own skin or (preferably) having someone else do that, to you. Alternatively, leave it to sink in, for the most velvety effect.
