Ful.Vic Face Cream

We heard an interesting phrase for the first time the other day which is definitely a reflection of a trend we're observing. It's 'skinplification'.

A rather unwieldy word - and we're not sure it'll catch on - but the basic premise is this: skincare's got terribly complicated, and do we really need a nine-step Korean-inspired beauty regime?

We'd say not. (Actually, we'd shout it.) And here's the proof. From legendary health and beauty website Victoria Health's own fab skincare line, this is pretty much a one-product-does-everything discovery which, if you're looking for a face cream right now, should be your go-to.

There aren't bells and whistles: it's beautifully moisturising and smooths in well, leaving skin looking frankly glowier from first application – and feeling like silk, too. Over time, we're noticing enhanced radiance altogether, and the formula's quite rich enough to combat the 'radiator face' we're currently experiencing.

There are lashings of skin-friendly ingredients in there, from our trusty mega-moisturising friend hyaluronic acid to anti-inflammatory /wrinkle-and-fine-line-targeting alpha lipoic acid, alongside the Ful.Vic line's signature ingredient, fulvic acid – a powerful antioxidant which releases the energy required for healthy cell regeneration, while preventing the build-up of tired old cells on the complexion's surface. Green tea leaf extract, COQ10 and pro-vitamin 5 also feature.

At a time when most of our dosh is being channelled into generous gifts for everyone else (because we’re nice like that), it's the perfect non-bank-breaking (and therefore guilt-free) addition to your beauty regime.

Although it’s originally designed for faces, we’re finding that – in the spirit of Lixirskin's Universal Cream – this Ful.Vic Face Cream quenches top-to-toe beautifully, too.

Next up a vat of the stuff, please, VH.
