Beauty Bible Loves... Delilah mascaras
Our bad. How could we have got this far, beauty editing, and not had this pair of mascaras on our radar?
Putting that right NOW. Because since these landed on the desk a few days ago, they’ve really proved their worth. (And Jo is the ultimate mascara tester, having eyelashes off which many wands simply skate, without depositing any mascara at all.)
First up, a properly buildable mascara, if you want to add an extra coat before going out at night. Intense Day to Night Buildable Volumising Mascara does what it says on the tin – or rather, tube – and lets you add more, later, for enhanced volume.
Now, we wouldn’t quite have believed this from the brush – very much leaning towards the ‘volumising’ promise – but Definitive Volumising and Defining Mascara really does tease out the lashes, creating definition.
Both are non-smudge, go the distance, and are properly inky-black on the lashes. So, going to make a sweeping statement, here: these are a fine pair of lash-enhancers.
