Alexandra Kay Time to Inhale Handheld Diffuser

Here’s something completely innovative and completely fab, frankly. You already know that the entire Beauty Bible team relies on aromatherapy, in our lives, to lift ourselves up, calm ourselves down, help ourselves drift off to sleep (and just about everything in between).

This is a really interesting alternative to the traditional rollerball, though, for mood-shifting on the go. (The challenge with rollerballs is always that to get the most out of them, you need to keep sniffing your wrists.) This is a mini, hand-held aromatherapy diffuser, which disperses a fine mist of water infused with essential oils, dispensing the scent near(ish) to your nose for a moment of self-care ‘me-time’.

Charged via a USB cable, it could of course be used with ANY aromatherapeutic blend, but Alexandra Kay offer three blends formulated for use with the diffuser: Time to Smile (mood-boosting notes, many of them lovely, zesty citruses); Time to Sleep (think: lavender, bergamot, frankincense); and Time to Relax (calming vet over, patchouli, lavender). They’re priced £20 each, or £45 for all three.

There’s a poignant story to this range, meanwhile: Alexandra Kay was Green People founder Charlotte Vohtz’s daughter, who was diagnosed with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danos syndrome in 2018, and sadly died this year. 10% of Green People’s annual profits now go to this very good cause.
