The best networking news: AllBright is going on tour
Never mind all the Zooms and the Teams and the WebEx meet-ups over the past two years. There have, quite simply (and for obvious reasons) been way too few opportunities for women to meet up and network, face-to-face. To be fired up by the electricity in a room. To brainstorm with strangers. To feel supported, in that way women are just so good at.
From the day the AllBright Mayfair club in London first opened their doors, that was what was on offer. But then along came a pandemic. Things changed, they ‘pivoted’ and went online.
But as lights grow brighter at the end of the pandemic tunnel, we’re delighted to share that AllBright is going on tour, with a series of events around the country, in partnership with BMW i.
Now, this perhaps doesn’t STRICTLY come under the umbrella of ‘beauty’, but it definitely ticks a wellbeing box – because the support that women offer women is incredibly important to our mental health and energy levels.
As they put it: ‘AllBright’s founding principle is when women come together, incredible things happen. And that's exactly our mission behind AllBright MEETS - to connect women all over the UK and Ireland, in real life.’ They’re planning 22 events in 10 destinations, organising two MEETS a month - one in London, and another in a British or Irish city.
If you’ve been craving contact with those outside your usual circle – and let’s face it, for most of us, those circles have dramatically shrunk, in the past two years – we encourage you to find out more.
