As long-time devotees of Dr. Phillip Levy and his cosmeceutical skincare, we are now officially totally blown away by this new launch.  The Contour Pro is the neatest, sweetest, little black gizmo (LBG?), which gently persuades your face to look younger and fresher and, yes, ‘lifted’ in less than ten minutes a day.

Every product from Dr. Levy has undergone rigorous research. So not surprising that this took three years to develop to his exacting standards. Over the decades we’ve been writing about beauty, we’ve seen and tried a lot of wizzy-wozzy-busy-buzzy options with the same idea. The Contour Pro is ground-breaking in several ways: firstly, it combines two key technologies (more in next par), secondly, it gives you professional results at home, and thirdly, the rechargeable cordless device is simple to use (even for techno noodles like Sarah)  and really rather charming – it sits comfortably in your hand as you move it round your face, and the little head is easy to push into corners and under cheekbones.

The Contour Pro uses a combination of Radio Frequency (RF) and Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS). The RF bio waves go deep into the dermis to cause ‘trauma’ (don’t worry - this sort is helpful), which encourages cells called fibroblasts to produce more collagen and elastin, plus super-moisturising hyaluronic acid. So that makes skin plumper and firmer, more bouncy and supple. In tandem with this, EMS stimulates your facial muscles – there are over 40 pairs – to lift and sculpt the structure of your face so contours are more defined.

The head has four small, round, gold-plated contact pads, which need conductive gel to work. Each prize includes a Dr. LEVY Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (but when you run out, you can use other gels if you wish). Don’t whatever you do try The Contour Pro without a thick layer of gel! And also don’t get it wet or use it on wet skin.

There are three intensities – see the Directions for tips – and our experience is that you feel teeny twinges as it gets to work, but so small that you almost don’t notice.

After using it on one side of the face and then seeing the quite clear difference, we think The Contour Pro is a small work of pretty staggering genius (to misquote the book title…). In fact, Sarah went rushing back home on her way to the station when she discovered she hadn’t packed hers and would be without for three whole days. No knives, no trotting to a beauty salon and great results if - and this is a proper big IF – you follow the directions, use it consistently, and keep on using it. Our friend and colleague Tracey McAlpine, founder of Fighting Fifty, saw particularly noticeable results on the furrow between her brows and also that giveaway area below the sides of the mouth going down to the chin where niggly lines and sags gather.

We have two prizes to give away, each with The Contour Pro + Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask by Dr. LEVY, worth over £300 together. And all you have to do is fill in the form below.
