Beauty Bible Weekend Steal: Garnier Skin Naturals Express 2 in 1 Eye Make-up Remover

The other day, tail-end of a successful week, having literally shaken the last from all even the travel bottle of eye make-up remover that was in her sponge bag, Jo thought she’d splash out treat herself to a replenishment of her favourite dual-phase remover.
