Beauty Bible Weekend Steal: Dr.PAWPAW x Teenage Cancer Trust Glimmer Glaze Lip Oils
A lovely collaboration, here. We are longstanding fans of the work that the Teenage Cancer Trust does, supporting young people through what can be a scary and bewildering diagnosis.
We are also, as regular readers know, longstanding fans of Dr.PAWPAW and pretty much all that they do. So affordable! So on-trend! And honestly, great quality at any price.
This new collaboration on a Glimmer Glaze Lip Oil, then, is an altogether lovely thing. An albeit modest donation – 5p – but with the volumes that Dr.PAWPAW sell, that will soon add up. More than that, they are featuring a story on each of the boxes of a young person’s journey with cancer, who’ve been supported by the Teenage Cancer Trust.
As for the product? It has a deliciously nourishing feel, a subtle wash of colour (in three shades) and a hint of gleam. Nothing too ‘disco’, just flattering and subtle, as they put it, ‘bridging the gap between everyday balm and occasion gloss.’ One of our fave features – aside from the donation – is the fact that each can be attached to a key ring, for on-the-go slicking.
