Tip of the Day: 17.08.2013

Give yourself a serious scalp massage with a boar-bristle brush (like a Mason Pearson).  Use small, upward strokes to work it all over your scalp, and after five minutes you'll feel remarkably de-stressed.  (And the hair's natural oils will have been beautifully dispersed along the hair shaft, too.)  Give a final brush through, root to tip.
