We honestly think that you deserve a treat. So we’ve pulled together a line-up of some of our favourite products, to offer as one bumper, bonzanza, wowzer, seasonally perfect prize for a lucky Beauty Bible reader
Over the years, we’ve seen it all. Smelled it all. Slathered it all. And, as we shift from one (long) year into another – hopefully more peaceful, positive and settled – we wanted to offer you something rather special.
A lot of products crossed our desk this year, which we’ve been delighted to share with you. We only ever pick the good stuff – the stuff we truly like for its texture, performance, fragrance (and sometimes, sexy packaging, but that’s not the main event, for us).
We’ve now gathered together this selection, with this difficult time in the beauty calendar in mind. We’re mostly knackered. Skin looks duller (and maybe a bit on the pale or peaky side). And we’ve a tendency to be a bit… is dessicated too strong a word? Well, one fortunate follower is going to win the perfect curation of winter pick-me-ups – and all you have to do is fill in the form below, and keep your fingers firmly crossed that you might receive the following…
Olverum Nightfall Sleep Mist (normally £26.50 for 30ml) – read our recent thoughts here on this second sleep product from British aromatherapy-powered brand Olverum, crafted to ‘calm the mind and help prepare the body for rest’ – your ultimate ‘hibernation companion’!
Studio 10 Perfect Bronze Glow‑plexion Bronzer & Highlighter (£26 for 30ml) – just a drop or two is all that’s needed to transform winter-dull skin with a soft-focus, lightly tanned glow, applied to skin directly or over foundation.
L'Occitane Amande Supple Skin Oil (£40 for 100ml) – the iconic almond scent, in an exquisite lightweight, super silky body oil
Connock England Winter Candle (£38 for 220g) – from a proudly British fragrance brand of which we’re huge fans, a seasonally perfect blend of cinnamon, clove, patchouli and clementine that will flicker in candle form for 40 hours.
OSKIA Midnight Elixir (£165 for 50ml) – a multi-peptide-poweredblend of age-defying ingredients formulated to hydrate, brighten and plump the appearance of fine lines. You can almost HEAR your skin’s gratitude, for this nourishment.
Olaplex No.4D Dry Shampoo (£28 for 250ml) – every hair arsenal needs a great dry shampoo, and this one is both volumising and beautifully cleansing, freshening and re-glossing.
Self Glow by James Read Dusk to Dawn Overnight Tan Facial (£44 for 50ml) – just a couple of drops of this serum-style product in your night cream will deliver a lasting yet subtle glow by morning – a great wake-up call for dingy skin, at this doldrum-y time of year.
Jo Malone London Enrich Shower Cream (£25 for 200ml) – we chose this line-up as a Fab Find of the Week in March, here, when it launched – and it’s heaven-scented, with a fragrance we describe as ‘roses, roses all the way’.
Delilah In Bloom Radiant Liquid Blush (£24) – you’re one dot away from a fetching flush – a brilliant instant pick-up for even the tiredest face.
C.Atherley Geranium No.2 Hand Cream (£18 for 30ml) – as with all of C.Atherley’s products, from Cath Kidston Padgham’s new venture, this is infused with the scent of geranium – in this case, the peppermint-y Tomentosum variety – and features nourishing ingredients including ceramides, to soothe and protect winter hands.
