Grab your L'Occitane refills and support Surfers Against Sewage

Today has been designated ‘Green Day’ by L’Occitane and this weekend, between now and 30th May, they will be donating £5 for each Eco-Recharge Refill that you buy online and in their stores. That’s a pretty wowzer donation, frankly.

We quote: ‘Surfers Against Sewage have a 30 year history of protecting our oceans and beaches. They have contributed to 98.5% of Britain’s bathing waters passing the Bathing Waters Directive’s minimum standards in 2016, compared with only 27% in 1990 when they started campaigning on the sewage issue.’ (And as a regular sea-bather, Jo is grateful to them every day…

Refills are becoming A Big Thing, but a little pat on the back is deserved by L’Occitane because this is something they’ve been offering for a long time. The refills range is expanding fast, however, across many different product options.
