Beauty Bible Weekend Steal: Child's Farm Moisturisers and Body Lotions

These new(ish) and really pocket-friendly launches from a brand which began as a kids’ line but is now very much adult-focused, too, are ALL great for dry and itchy skin. And that’s something we’re definitely experiencing as we start to dare to turn the central heating on again, what with that dry home atmosphere sapping the moisture out of our bodies.

So, hope this is helpful: we’ll start by saying we had to spend a few minutes unravelling whether these are for faces or bodies, because there are two called ‘MOISTURISER’ and two called ‘BODY LOTION’. Turns out they are ALL designed for bodies.

Everyday Sensitive Body Lotion Organic Coconut/£4.50 for 250ml. Child’s Farm promise this is safe for those who may be experiencing eczema, as well as ‘mild and occasionally sensitive skin’. Plant glycerine, shea butter and cocoa butter feature, and there’s a subtle but pleasant tropical coconutty scent.

Everyday Sensitive Body Lotion Sweet Orange/£4.50 for 250ml. Same rich formula, with a sharpish citrus zing to it.

Ceramide Rich Moisturiser Organic Fig/£6 for 250ml. ‘For very dry skin,’ Child’s Farm promise, powered by shea butter and rich in lipid-friendly ceramides. We love the light fragrance of this: fresh but warm, at the same time – and not overbearing, at all. Sinks in beautifully and we find it instantly calming.

OatDerma Moisturiser Fragrance-Free/£4.50 for 250ml. Even more instantly calming, actually! This is the one for really dry and itchy skin, completely unscented and properly nourishing.

They’re already really affordably-priced, especially for this quality – but at time of writing, there’s a discount on the prices above on Child’s Farm’s website, here.

Nice!
