Fab Find of the Week: Wildsmith Skin Light

We love the richness of Wildsmith Skin’s moisturisers. But we know that not everyone’s skin is as thirsty as ours. So, say ‘hi’ to lighter-weight versions of these skincare classics, suitable for oily, combination, blemish-prone and normal skins. And actually, these work even for drier complexions in summer, when skin isn’t assaulted by central heating. (Public Enemy No.2 for skin, after UV light.)

They pack the same botanically-powered skincare punch. Wildsmith Skin Radiance Light Serum, for instance, offers extracts of English mulberry and resveratrol, together with niacinamide. And Wildsmith Skin Hydrating Light Cream promises 72 hours of hydration, through ‘slow-release bioactives.’ (We can’t attest to that – not sure how we’d test for it, since we cleanse at night and give skin a good swoosh with a flannel in the morning – but it’s nicely skin-quenching, for sure.) Key ingredients here are English barley ferment, Pentavitin (a 100% natural, plant-derived complex from corn or other plant sources), as well as niacinamide.

Both have a characteristic, pushes-all-our-buttons, makes-us-feel-like-we’re-walking-through-a-meadow Wildsmith scent, here via linden, chamomile, nerli and lavender.
