Neal's Yard Remedies has a new outpost in White City Westfield (and it's fab)
For longtime devotees (and Beauty Bible certainly counts ourselves among those), walking into Neal’s Yard Remedies’ just-opened store in West London’s Westfield mall feels… well, a bit like greeting an old friend in a new outfit.
As you’ll see from the photo above, you can expect shelves of the familiar cobalt glass bottles of aromatherapeutic bath and body treats, alongside organic skincare which has been quietly championing sustainability since – well, long before ‘organic’ was a buzzword.
Neal’s Yard Remedies’ Westfield White City boutique is the latest embodiment of their ‘Store of the Future’ concept, focusing on nature-inspired design to create a genuinely immersive wellbeing hub. It’s the sort of store you may very well wander into for a top‑up of Wild Rosehip Beauty Balm or a favourite essential oil, and leave with a newly discovered tincture or soothing salve you didn’t know you needed!
Magnificiently, a preserved oak tree is the heart of the store – and its entire layout is designed to slow the pace. The oak, blue glass and hand‑finished ceramic tiles reference this proudly British, family-owned brand’s apothecary heritage – but, being Neal’s Yard, feel modern.
Service is as central as design, you’ll be pleased to hear. Shoppers are encouraged to explore single essential oils and bespoke blends under expert guidance, with advisors on hand to talk through mood/sleep/stress concerns and share individual recommendations across bath, body, skincare and lifestyle.
You can also book (or drop in for) complimentary one‑to‑one consultations covering everything from sensitive skin to hormonal balance, to access suggested routines and lifestyle tips that draw on Neal’s Yard Remedies’ naturopathic roots.
Overall, we feel it’s progress indeed that this White City space brings Neal’s Yard Remedies’ herbal, holistic ethos into the bustle of a major shopping centre. A very welcome pocket of calm in Westfield’s whirlwind.
