Beauty Bible Loves... L'Occitane en Provence Karité Confort range
We have long loved the many and various products that L’Occitane formulates with shea butter. (And we are not surprised that one Shea Butter Hand Cream is sold every five seconds!) But ssssssh: we have’t always loved how the product looks.
All that has changed, as L’Occitane up the pleasure factor of using their range by rolling out an elegant, bathroom-shelf-worthy redesign – and added some more products in what is now known as the Karité Confort range. (Confused? Karité is French for shea butter.)
Luscious and very lovely it all is – products with which to create an indulgent ritual, frankly. We now invite you to meet – and slather – this rather gorgeous line-up, which includes the ultra-luxe Shea (Karité) Ultra Rich Body Cream and its slightly lighter Shea (Karité) Ultra Rich Body Lotion, alongside the most delicious Shea (Karité) Nourishing Body Oil, a dry oil which sinks right in so you can spritz and go.
We’ve long been fans of slathering on L’Occitane’s foot products, last thing at night, in the form of Shea (Karité) Foot Cream and Shea (Karité) Foot Balm – again, now delivered in more upscale and contemporary packaging. And frankly, for dry skin S.O.S.es of all kind, we should all be keeping a tub of Multi-Purpose Shea Butter handy – almost straight from the tree, no synthetics, 100% natural and 100% skin-loving.
The redesign is part of L’Occitane’s celebrations of their 50th anniversary. And we’d just like to say: ‘Happy birthday, guys – you really are looking good.’ (As well as feeling and smelling it, of course.)
