Beauty Bible Loves... Erborian Super BB

Nobody does alphabet creams quite like Erborian. They’ve scored big with our testers from the get-go, and are longstanding favourites Sarah and Jo.

Great for evening out the complexion (you may well not need a foundation, with their original BB or CC creams), or for toning down redness (the green one), or revving up dull skin (the mauve formula does that).

But did you know they also offer this version for people who experience breakouts? It offers a much fuller level of coverage, but is still brilliantly still natural-looking – by no mean a mask, but a whizz at taking down redness and smoothing out the appearance of blemishes and breakouts (oh, and red veins, we’ve discovered). As for the SPF20? Not that useful, in truth, because you don’t – shouldn’t apply this all over your face, and it only becomes relevant when you do. (Also… SPF20 not that useful generally.)

Still, we especially like that there’s a 15ml size – not just handbag-friendly, but also great for checking if this is as good as we say it is.

Five shades available – which doesn’t sound a lot, but they span light to dark, and are great at morphing to the perfect shade on skin.

BB? Actually, A+, in our opinion.
