Benefit Shake Your Beauty 12 Days of Christmas Advent Calendar
Yes, we are feeling the love for Benefit this week. Well, always, actually, but when Jo had her brows done on Tuesday – which you can read about here – she also got word of Benefit’s 12 days of Christmas advent calendar, which launches today. And because these are going to fly out of the window faster than Peter Pan in pursuit of Captain Hook, we know you need to know about them now.
It may well be entirely irrelevant what’s in this. After all, it’s Benefit. And folks, it’s Friday afternoon. The gin bottle beckons. (For Jo, anyway.) If Benefit have gone to the trouble of listing the complete line-up in the visual below, all in covetable mini sizes, why would we type the list out again…? So here goes.
Of course it’s also got a great, put-a-smile-on-your-face name: Shake Your Beauty. Now, the idea of these 12 days of Christmas calendars, which we’ve seen more and more of in recent years, is that you give them on Christmas Day and then for each of the ‘official’ 12 days of Christmas they open a window. With a traditional advent calendar, you’ve got to get it there in time for 1st December, always requiring a great feat of organisation.
Please do forgive us if it’s a little early for Christmas mentions. But while we can’t make plans for Christmas itself – is it going to be a turkey or a quail? How many will we be allowed to spend it with? – we can start thinking about who we’re going to give something nice to. To help make up for an almost entirely crap year…
