The change of season has had me reaching for a lipstick that's a little more comforting and cocooning for my lips, which have most definitely been feeling the dry, cracked effects from the sudden central heating switch-on. I was initially drawn to this from the perfect nude-y shade (Cashmere Hood), enclosed in gorgeously sleek black packaging – but from the first swipe I was smitten with its balmy texture - it's full of nourishing oils to hydrate and protect the lips. Plus it has a delicate floral scent, inspired by the heart notes of one of my favorite fragrances, La Petite Robe Noire. Really, what's not to love...?

Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Rose Gold Edition Toothbrush
My ancient electric toothbrush finally gave up the ghost last week so I immediately upgraded to this and I have been wishing I'd done it sooner. Technology has obviously improved in recent years and it's evident here with Philip's sonic tech - there are five modes, including polish, gum care and sensitive, and the gorgeous rose gold design helps to make the chore of teeth cleaning a bit more pleasurable. I know this is eye-wateringly expensive BUT I do believe that's it's worth the investment – especially as mouth health is so important. Maybe ask Santa very kindly?

his has been a gift from heaven the past few weeks. Moving house has proved a stressful time and the effects have taken its toll on my skin. I've had it all – from breakouts, congestion to dryness and just an extremely lacklustre appearence, to say the least. Amazingly, this BB crème seems to tackle all those issues at once, even-ing out and plumping my complexion plus hiding blemishes and giving a gorgeous dewy effect. SALON SCIENCE Hydraluxe Shampoo and Conditoner
I had the real pleasure of having my hair done at the wonderful Andrew Jose salon last month. (Which I couldn't recommend more – so do look out for my review in our Salons We Love section soon). While there, I was treated to a fabulous hair wash and head massage using this duo; the range harnesses the power of plant stem-cell technology and I was seriously impressed. It worked wonders on my parched, summer sun damaged hair but also really soothed my scalp and smelt divine. Happy as a clam that this is available in Boots so I can create that post-salon feel at home.
