It can be tempting to buy barely-used cosmetics on sites like eBay. But beware of using a lipstick if you don’t quite know where it’s been… The health concerns can outweigh the price reduction. Shave the top off a lipstick and dip in alcohol several times, letting drip dry between dips. (A capful of vodka will do the trick!)
