Amazing archive bottles, a fascinating deep-dive into the history of this treasured English brand – first founded by William Penhaligon – and not only a chance to sniff your way through the current collection, but also buy exclusive (and fabulous) merch, in the ‘gift’ shop as you exit. They claim ‘3-in-1’: eye pencil, eyeshadow and eyeliner. Certainly, it multi-tasks as a smooshable, so-easy eyeshadow, or a stronger pencil that can be used for defining. 3-in-1 Eyes Multitasker is self-sharpening, and the finish you get is all down to how hard you press – a little more force for eyelining, a lighter touch for shading. (Can be blended with fingers, or a synthetic eyeshadow brush.) It lasts well – they promise 12 hours and we wouldn’t contradict.
