This is such a treat! Slow Ageing, the beauty company that celebrates the power of the ‘slow society’ (we love that), has put together their two Discovery Collections – ‘4 to flawless’ products for your face, plus a trio for your body – to create a set they’ve christened Seventh Heaven, which is a pretty apt name in every way.

We were so delighted when our old and dear friends David Lieber, a longtime beauty industry insider, and his wife Margot, who practises Ayurvedic medicine, launched Slow Ageing Essentials two Christmases back (slowageing.co.uk). David explained that, unconstrained by a corporate budget, he had briefed their formulators to use the very best plant-based ingredients available, regardless of cost. The resulting formulations, based on essential oils and botanical extracts, are infinitely luxurious to use, smell divine and are highly effective. Our testers’ responses to the detailed questionnaires were overwhelmingly positive. ‘My skin looks radiant, luminous and full of vitality ’ was a typical response. Virtually every tester said they’d received compliments on their skin. Many said their radiant complexions had made them much more confident.
