Beauty Bible Weekend Steal: Honeybalms

In general, we feel life is too short for TikTok. However, we bring you this week a product that’s gone a bit viral on that social platform. (A first, maybe a last, for us.)

Honeybalm has become a cult fave for rather joyful and distinctively sensorial lip care, powered by beeswax and propolis – and as of this week, it’s landed at selected Superdrug stores (but alas, not their online store, yet).

There are three products stocked there…

β€’ Honeybalm (Original)/Β£7.99 – a deliciously silky glaze that cushions lips in long‑lasting moisture, and offers a soft, honeyed shine.

β€’ Honeybalm Watermelon SPF 25/Β£7.99 – ideal for the handbag or the beach bag, in this weather. With a subtle watermelon-coloured formula, it shields lips with broad‑spectrum filters; beeswax, oils and aloe are what keep lips cushioned and summer‑ready.

β€’ Honeybalm Lavender Chamomile Lip Sleep Mask/Β£8.99 – something a little different here, this mask cocoons lips overnight with aloe, beeswax, propolis and vitamin E, to soothe, repair, hydrate and soften. (And yes, it’s subtly fragranced.) Use lavishly.

What makes this fun – and what has probably powered that social frenzy – is that each flip-top balm pot comes with its own darling little dolly-sized honey dipper, for applying each product to lips (as seen resting on the middle pot in our pic). A bit of a gimmick, yes – but having tried it, this little tool does turn the application into a rather lovely ritual.

To find out what the Honeybalm buzz is about, these are on sale at Superdrug’s β€˜Beauty Playground’ locations, which include Stratford Westfield, Manchester Trafford, Manchester Arndale, Rotherham Parkgate, Thurrock Lakeside, Stockport Retail Park – and more to come.
