Put the pressure on to beat festive burnout:  Fiona Campbell, Assistant Treatments Manager at Liz Earle, recommends this trick to help you switch off when you finally have five minutes.  'I find pressure point massage helpful as it taps into energy blocks and imbalances in the boyd.  One of the most effective pressure points to promote deep relaxation is found at the base of the skull, behind the ear.  Feel for the most tender spot in this region, then press firmly for three whole minutes.  You can intensify the effects by holding this point for up to 20 minutes in a warm bath before bedtime, too.'
