If post-summer dry skin is a problem, whip up this quick body-buffer: take two thirds of a cup of sea salt (US measures), a third of a cup of olive or almond oil, add a teaspoon of lemon zest and 10 drops of lavender essential oil. Combine the ingredients in a pretty glass jar; if you stop water from getting into the scrub, it will keep for up to six months.
