We can’t think of any textile more romantic, elegant and voluptuous than silk. And feminine! As Audrey Hepburn said about wearing this lustrous natural fibre, “I never feel so definitely like a woman, a beautiful woman…”.
So we’re very happy indeed to bring you this exquisite prize from Holistic Silk, a company we’ve known and loved for many years. The range was launched in 1999 by wellness expert Joanna Weakley and reflects her passion for creating truly therapeutic beauty and wellbeing products married with her expertise in textiles and design (she has an Honours degree from Chelsea College of Art).
We remember when we tried her Lavender Eye Mask, from the original Holistic Silk range, and, as Jo put it, “slumbered like a princess”.
