There'll be a little flurry of products appearing in the next few weeks which Jo sleuthed out at the recent Natural and Organic Products Expo. And this life-changing baby is first up. 'Life-changing'. Well, sleep-changing, anyway.

We've long been massive fans of the muscle-relaxing, sleep-beckoning power of BetterYou's magnesium range. The bath salts are magnificent – but we don't always want a bath before bedtime.
