Beauty Bible Loves... The Pig x BRAMLEY collaboration
Well, isn’t this just a marriage made in heaven? BRAMLEY. (Who you know we love.) And The Pig, who we’re also HUGE fans of. So stylish. Such delish food. Hotels, done to perfection, but in a really real way – home-from-home rather than so uber-swish you feel that you’re slightly underdressed, if you know what we mean.
BRAMLEY and The Pig share the same botanical vibe, which is captured in these bodycare products. The hotels’ restaurants all have a kitchen garden, and aim to source all food within a 25-mile radius, while BRAMLEY’s formulas are based on essential oils and 100% naturally derived botanicals, harnessing ‘kitchen garden’ ingredients – sage, rosemary and chamomile – for the wonderfully aromatic scent.
This partnership isn’t new – and we’ve written about it before (BRAMLEY began by supplying hotel amenities for the rooms, and the relationship developed from there.) But we’re very taken with the new refillable glass packaging, in generous sizes, for home slathering. (There’s also a fab candle in the range, too, with a blend of coriander, chamomile, spearmint and linden, in a green vessel that begs to be upcycled once it’s flickered its last. Although that won’t be for 55 hours or so, so you’ll have to be a bit patient.)
The bodycare line features BRAMLEY x The Pig Hand & Body Wash, and a matching Hand & Body Lotion. They’re really big sizes (480ml, which is getting on for half a litre). They’ll last ages. But what matters to us is a formula that smells absolutely wonderful – truly a herb garden, brought indoors – and leaves skin feeling velvety, nourished by aloe, cocoa and shea butters, and glycerine.
While we save up for our next Pig escape, they’re really rather happy-making.
