Beauty Bible Loves... Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Therapies Honey Nectar and Peach Hair Mask
โThat smells JUST like summer,โ said the young woman washing Joโs hair at Nicola Clarkeโs salon, into which sheโd snuck a big tub of this for trialling. And indeed it did: juicy yet fresh, and almost photorealistically drizzled with the scent of honey. (But not the stickiness, happily.)
In case there was ever a chance that we might get bored with this iconic hair strengthening conditioner, Philip Kingsley like occasionally to bring out limited editions from time to time. And this is definitely worth stockpiling.
So, Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Honey Nectar and Peach Hair Maskโs credentials: itโs properly strengthening, siklifying, boosting manageability. It certainly gives the impression of adding bounce and oomph and even volume โ because of the way it makes hair more resilient, from first treatment onwards.
Technically a pre-shampoo mask which you leave on for 10, 20 minutes (or even longer) before washing and conditioning as normal, we tend to use it more conventionally โ as Jo did the other day โ as a post-shampoo mask. Results are still great.
It was the perfect product to have on hand, in fact, to counter the damage of a highlighting session, which is invariably drying. Instead, the results were super-shiny, swishy, soft-to-the-touch. (Joโs left it โbackstageโ at Nicolaโs salon, for future colouring appointments.)
Weโre happy to say that it truly feels like summer out there, today. And weโre equally happy to say that with this, we can tap into its scent, anytimeโฆ
