But make-up pro Daniel Sandler has worked on this for a l-o-n-g time (three years, he tells us) – because it’s really ever so good. Recommended both for men and women who suffer from a florid complexion or from breakouts, or whose chest and décolletage tends to flush or blotch, during the day.

With hyaluronic acid and other moisturising ingredients, this ultra-lightweight but buildable primer is very definitely designed to be worn under make-up, at least on the face. (He promises that it will also extend the life of your foundation on the skin.)
