M&S Pure Super Grape range
The rise and rise of English wines just delivered an unexpected bonus for our skins with the launch of this new skincare range from M&S.
It features stabilised resveratrol (a powerful antioxidant), from the outer skins of red grapes - long acknowledged as helping to neutralise free radical damage. It's harvested from the crushed pulp left over from production of the high street store's own-label English wine, produced by Chapel Down Winery in Tenterden, Kent. (Which also makes M&S the first high street retailer to recycle their grape pulp in this way.)
There's a quintet of skin treatments in the Pure Super Grape range: Day Cream, Night Cream, Eye Cream, Face Serum and (our favourite) Overnight Oil. All the products fall within the Pure range, and features 95% naturally-derived ingredients, 100% essential oil-based fragrances, and a long list of 'nos' (parabens, silicones, mineral oil etc.) Affordable, too: nothing over £16.
And we'll definitely raise a glass to Pure Super Grape's success.
