Liz Earle NEW Superskin Moisturiser

When we went to the rooftop launch for this product, Liz made a point of pointing out that the original version of this moisturiser - a longstanding favourite of Jo's - will continue to be available. But in fact, she's a total convert to this new option - because it captures the same heavenly neroli scent as Superskin Oil, another must-have for us. (The original is unfragranced.)

It was with some trepidation, though, that Jo tried the new Superskin Moisturiser - but she needn't have fretted. 'I actually like this, if it's possible, even more!' is the verdict. And yes, she's made the switch.

From the word 'go', Jo and Liz herself always agreed that the main benefit of this cream - which has also done so well with our Beauty Bible testers, over the years - is that it leaves skin 'plumptious', with the lines somehow plumped up from within.

Key ingredients are exactly the same - cranberry, borage and organic rosehip oils, but with the addition of pomegranate flower extract, which is packed with antioxidant polyphenols. There's shea butter, too, from a women's co-operative in West Africa.

In general, we always recommend to beauty companies: 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it.'

But in this case, we're glad they completely ignored us.
