Daily Energy

Don't know about you, but we're f-l-a-g-g-i-n-g a bit. Our Duracell bunnies are a little flat, frankly, after two books, heaven knows how many website postings, countless magazine deadlines and all sorts of other demanding work.  (Not that we're complaining.  We know we're very lucky to love what we do, but 2013 has been knackering even by our standards.)

Without this little beauty, though, we'd be on the floor.  Daily Energy, with its B vitamins, ashwaganda, two kinds of ginsengs and black pepper, keeps us going when our get-up-and-go just got-up-and-went.  And (don't tell Shabir) we've temporarily upped our dose ever-so-slightly, adding an extra mid-afternoon capsule which washes down nicely with a perkifying cup of Lapsang Souchong, we're finding.

This has long been one of our go-to supplements, but at a time when we're up before it gets light to wrap presents, and out till late at office parties, it's a Christmas miracle in itself.

And will keep us standing - and maybe even occasionally jumping up and down - till we've served the last sprout, the last morsel of trifle, and are flopped in front of the Downton Christmas special.

Thank you, Daily Energy.
