Clinique Sculptwear Contouring Massage Cream Mask & Sonic System Massaging Treatment Applicator

Sensitive-skinned? Or worried about 'sagging'? (Who isn't? A little bit, at least.) Clinique have launched some absolutely cracking masks this year, but the gadget you can use to apply this takes them into another league, frankly.

It really is all about the gadget right now - and with good reason. Stimulating the facial tissues can drain fluid, boost circulation, 'loosen' debris, and relax the face.

So: What. Is. Not. To. Love...?

The Sculptwear Contouring Massage Cream Mask itself is also designed to firm skin both short- and longer-term, via a bamboo extract, pea extract and glucosamine. It also provides a (not-uncomfy) tightening action, via a polysaccharide - and there are lashings of hyaluronic acid, sweet almond seed extract and jojoba oil, for moisturisation: it leaves skin deliciously dewy.

But oh, the gadget... First apply the cream, generously. Then massage the skin in specific motions with the Sonic System Massaging Treatment Applicator (explained in the leaflet, so don't throw that away), including the forehead (where tension builds) and the jaw (ditto). Hit the button and it actually massages the area with small, circular motions. And it feels fab!

You can use it as a cream, nightly. Or more thickly as a mask. But thanks to the applicator, you'll see swift results - and while it may never rival a jaw-lift (or even quite live up to its billing as 'a fitness system for the face'), there's definitively something goin' on...

And we like it.
