Why wouldn’t you want that...? We can’t think of a single reason, in these belt-tightening times.
Beauty Expert is a one-stop shop for literally hundreds of well-known beauty brands, including many of our – and we’re sure, your – favourites. Those include Molton Brown, Aesop, Decléor, Pupa, Kiehls, Tweezerman, Elizabeth Arden, Eve Lom, Omorovicza, REN, Miller Harris and Essie. (That’s just the tip of this beauty iceberg, but it gives you an idea about the big names you’ll find on the site.)
And the good news is that almost everything on the site is available to you at a special 10% discount - including our latest selection of gorgeous finds, which you will see below.
To see the full run-down of Beauty Expert INSIDER DISCOUNTS, click here for their page: you'll find a complete list that almost certainly includes brands you’re already loving and buying, available at that chunky discount. (NB For logistical reasons, this is only available to UK residents.) You’re also entitled to the same discount, deducted automatically, on Beauty Expert’s ‘brother’ site, www.mankind.co.uk. Just be sure always to shop via the Beauty Bible site – from this page, or the INSIDER DISCOUNTS listing, and add the code BEAUTYBIBLE at checkout, so it happens automatically.
Here’s what we’re getting especially excited about at Beauty Expert at the start of 2012...
Elemental Herbology Detox Botanical Bathing Infusion, £20. Yup, it’s that toxin-bustin’ time of year – and this is an especially pleasant way to blitz your body: an uplifting bath infusion with juniper, rosemary and geranium to stimulate breakdown of fatty deposits, boost circulation, reduce puffiness – and it just smells darned fantastic.
Omorovicza Deep Cleansing Mask, £57. A recent ‘find’ of ours and again, great for skin purification and revving up the complexion at a grey time of year. (Yes, the mask’s grey – but that’s the deep cleansing ingredients; it’s enriched with calcium and magnesium from Hungarian Moor mud). Instant vibrance, in a jar.
Jemma Kidd Ultimate Lipstick Duo, £13. A winter essential in Jo’s handbag of late: one end slicks lips with a vitamin-A-and-E-enriched formulation based on apricot kernel oil and karité butter. That creates the perfect base for the creamy lip colour (‘Mia’ is a good, rose-y neutral).
Avoplex Cuticle Oil To Go, £9.60. Fact: we love being kept waiting. Always feels like the gift of time. But you’ll never have to twiddle your thumbs again with this in your bag: swipe the brush over cuticles to dispense the smoothing avocado-oil-based formula, and you’ll not only soften and groom the appearance but boost flexible, strong growth.
Aesop Special Relativity Elaborate Body Care Geranium Leaf, £61. Aesop is sort of ‘the thinking person’s skincare’, and there’s always an intelligent dimension to their design: here, the outer container’s inspired by Einstein’s Theory of Special Relavitity – but it’s the contents of this zip-up microfibre toiletry case we’re more excited about. For lovers of geranium scents everywhere, full sizes of a gentle body cleanser (500 ml) and dry-skin busting scrub (170 ml) and a Geranium Leaf Body Balm (120 ml). Geranium skin heaven.
