I am 32 with a few crows feet around my eyes from sun damage, my skin is sensitive, dry and flakes sometimes. I like cleansing with a facial wash and daily scrub and follow up with an eye cream and moisturiser. I have heard a lot about Liz Earle products, would they help?

We wouldn’t use a scrub on dry skin. Liz Earle’s products are great and you can try them out in small sizes (try our website special offer). Always protect your face and eyes against sun damage, with sun preps, big glasses, hat etc - it’s all in our books, plus suggested routines and tips for different kinds of skins. Do take a supplement of Essential Fatty Acids, such as evening primrose oil, to help put the moisture back on the inside, eat lots of oily fish, nuts and seeds, and drink plenty of still pure water - at least 2 litres daily. If you work in an air-conditioned environment, keep a bowl of water on your desk and drink even more.
